Harpreet Kaur Saini

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Life can feel overwhelming, and I am here to help you navigate it

I’m Harpreet Kaur Saini (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) helping people navigate the pressures of shifting identities, cultural transitions, and the emotional weight of demanding careers. I understand what it is like to juggle multiple worlds at once because I have lived it myself. Experiencing life across different cultures has shaped my understanding of the unique challenges faced by multicultural individuals and professionals adjusting to new environments.

I became a therapist because I believe that even small shifts in understanding ourselves can ripple outward, helping us reconnect with who we are, improve our relationships, and navigate life with clarity and confidence. My own journey of adaptation, resilience, and self-discovery informs the empathetic and practical approach I bring to therapy.

Why Work With Me

Clients come to me when they are feeling stressed, anxious, or emotionally overwhelmed, navigating identity shifts, cultural transitions, or life changes, carrying trauma, PTSD, or unresolved emotional experiences, or experiencing challenges in their relationships or personal boundaries.

I offer strengths-based, trauma-informed therapy using evidence-based techniques such as EMDR, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. Together, we safely process emotional triggers, uncover unhelpful patterns, and develop practical strategies that help you feel grounded, resilient, and empowered. My goal is to help you clarify what matters most, heal from past experiences, and step into a life that aligns with your values and needs.

What to Expect in Therapy

In our sessions, you will find a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where we explore patterns in your emotions, relationships, and identity. We process trauma and emotional triggers without having to relive them in detail, develop practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm, and reflect on your goals to build strategies for living in alignment with your values. I tailor my approach to your unique experiences, combining EMDR, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help you navigate life with clarity, resilience, and confidence.

Beyond the Couch

I enjoy traveling and exploring new cultures, trying new restaurants and coffees, practicing Pilates and enjoying sound baths, expressing creativity through painting and pottery, and hiking and spending time in nature.
