  • Psychotherapy can bring up difficult emotions such as sadness, guilt, anxiety, or anger. At times, you may feel worse before feeling better. But therapy can also lead to:

  • I accept all major credit cards. Your receipt will include my professional designation and license number, as required by insurance companies.

    Please note that insurance coverage may vary. To check your benefits, ask your insurance or employee benefit plan these questions:

    • Does my plan cover mental health services?

    • How much is covered for psychotherapy?

    • What professional designation must my therapist have? (I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying))

    • How do I submit receipts for reimbursement?

    • How long will reimbursement take?

  • Appointments are reserved specifically for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment prevents someone else from being seen. Please provide at least 48 business hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
    Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee.
